
THE LEAD ADVISOR PROGRAM
This is an exclusive, pre-planned succession program designed to develop a Junior Advisor into a Lead Advisor who will eventually assume a senior role at the firm. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of junior advisors on building a book of business, shared responsibility for ongoing mentoring, and developing a plan for prospecting to increase business.
Program Purpose:
This is a long-term development program for a single exceptional individual selected from our Junior Advisor pool. The program provides advanced training, mentorship from senior leadership, and a direct path to a Lead Advisor role, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity for the firm.

An outstanding Junior Advisor who demonstrates exceptional leadership potential, a deep understanding of the firm’s values, and a strong commitment to long-term success.
